Lemont vs Everybody is a statement. A statement that says anybody can do it, but when we do something the Pollyanna way, we do it better. As part of this year’s ICBG ReplicAle event at The Oak Park Micro Brew Review, 50+ breweries brewed the same Rye Saison recipe. We took that recipe and made something special. This sour rye saison has a complex lactic acid tartness that overlays a fruity, spicy saison yeast character and a distinct melon and apricot fruitiness coming from Australian Summer hops while an underlying rye and soft pilsner malt base keeps the finish exceptionally clean without any bitterness.
