Imperial Black Saison

Collaboration with Ten Ninety / ABV - 10.1% / IBU - 50 / SRM - 40

A saison just like our friends at Ten Ninety like it...big. This beer is brewed with an assortment of highly kilned and black roasted malts to accent a subtle hop spiciness and the fruitiness of Chicago's own, Omega Yeast Labs, proprietary Saison yeast strain. With hints of smoke, chocolate, and caramel as well, each sip is a new experience. This is clearly a farmhouse ale with an urban approach.
