First Anniversary Lager

Dunkel Zwickel / ABV - 5.4% / IBU - 24 / SRM - 14

Unlike most super uncreative breweries that decide to showcase a new hop or something for their anniversary, we decided to showcase brewing talent. We did this by brewing one of the most difficult beers in the world (a low alcohol German lager) and making it not only extremely complex, but exceptionally easy drinking. A blend between a German Dunkel and a German Zwickelbier, this beer is fairly dry, but sweet enough with hints of toasted hazelnut, cocoa, biscuit, and pumpernickel. Do not take this beer lightly. It’s truly one of a kind.
