Collaboration with Skeleton Key - Basil Blonde Ale / ABV - 4.5% / IBU - 25 / SRM - 4

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Skeleton Key Brewery and Fairway Farms (Cog Hill), this blonde ale was brewed with 100% Illinois grown malt from Duffin Station Malt House and Asian Kapoor Tulsi Basil from Fairway Farms (Cog Hill). Light, crisp, and herbal, this beer pairs well with a variety of dishes.
