Second Anniversary Lager

Rauchbier / ABV - 4.9% / IBU - 28 / SRM - 20

Unlike most super uncreative breweries that decide to showcase a new hop or something for their anniversary, we decided to showcase brewing talent. We did this by brewing one of the most difficult beers in the world (a low alcohol German lager) and making it not only extremely complex, but exceptionally easy drinking. This classic smoked lager is full of beechwood smoked malts reminiscent of smoke halls and thick cuts of bacon, but surprisingly balanced by a blend of biscuit-like German malts giving off notes of caramel, chocolate, and toast. Do not take this beer lightly. It’s truly one of a kind.
