The Roselare Project is four small batch mixed fermentation ales that were fermented and aged in Whiskey barrels for at least 20 months before adding a different fruit to each beer. The Apricot variant is tart and fruity with pleasant whiskey and wood notes. Limited to 34 cases of bottles.
