On the Bash

Scotch Ale / ABV - 9.2% / IBU - 35 / SRM - 18

One of our brewers, Vince Hansen, has talked a big game about his Scotch Ale for years so we finally gave it a go. This beer is rich and sweet with lots of dark caramel malts, dark fruits, and a touch of roast to balance the chewy body. Careful, though, it'll kick off heavy drinking sprees and send you "On the Bash" pretty quickly.
