Belgian Single with Huell Melon Hops / ABV - 4.5% / IBU - 22 / SRM - 4

Good things often come in pairs, such as two lines of a verse, lovers, and cozy socks. Our Belgian Single, “Couplet,” is the first in a pair of beers that we’re quite excited about. This low ABV, easy drinking beer is brewed with Huell Melon hops that give off distinct honeydew melon and strawberry notes to go along with the clean, bready Pilsner malts and Belgian yeast. The second beer in this pair is funkifying in oak barrels with brettanomyces. They may be apart for now, but they’ll be together again soon enough!
