Farmhouse Ale with Apricots (Collaboration with Beerhead) / ABV - 6.0% / IBU - 25 / SRM - 4

Apricadabricot is a Farmhouse Ale brewed with Pilsner, Spelt, and Munich malts and fermented hot with a Omega's Norwegian Hothead Kviek yeast. We also used a touch of French Strisselspalt and Michigan Copper hops before adding all sorts of apricots. Magical!
